Leigh Mignogna

Leigh Mignogna is a coach and psychotherapist in training.

Before entering the therapy world, I spent over 15 years as a creative leader, co-founding a design agency and collaborating with clients across a wide range of industries. My creative lens still shapes my approach today, bringing imagination, curiosity, and a sense of play into my work with coaching and therapy clients.

I’m currently training at the Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy in New York. My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy, parts work, and a focus on the present moment. I believe that when we slow down and get curious about ourselves, we uncover more freedom, aliveness, and wholeness.

As a coach and therapist-in-training, I love working with people who are in transition, reconnecting with their creativity, or ready to break free from old patterns that no longer serve them. My style is collaborative, warm, and a little playful.

“In the beginning I was so young and such a stranger to myself I hardly existed. I had to go out into the world and see it and hear it and react to it, before I knew at all who I was, what I was, what I wanted to be.”
